New England Castings is pleased to announce it has partnered with Guardian Software Systems for software automation of our production control system. New England Castings now has the resources to analyze information such as labor reporting, scrap, productivity and deliver it to all areas of the company; on the shop floor as well as in the front office, contributing to our objective of creating a better poduct for our customers.

There are several modules within our software that are of special interest to our customers. These modules are the B2B Web Module, the EDI Interface Module, WIFI Interface Module, and the Image Control Module.

The B2B Web Module will allow our customers to view information on our web site. We will assign each customer a password and a user identification code to allow access to this information. You will be able to view the status of your order at any time in the process.

The EDI Interface Module will accept inbound data and reformat that data to load directly into our production control system. This module will also extract information and seamlessly translate it to your specific specifications without manual intervention.

The WIFI Interface Module eliminates the need to be connected to a personal computer allowing New England Castings customers the flexibility to access their data via any internet enabled device.

The Image Control Management System will allow New England Castings the ability to associate pictures and video along with our process sheets. This enables our employees to display images of any part or procedure at any routing level insuring quality control.
