We can produce rapid patterns made directly from your 3-D design data via traditional rapid prototyping processes that produce the prototype in a variety of plastic and or wax materials. Those patterns are then used in our lost wax investment casting process to cast your prototypes in the proper alloy for your application and testing needs.

If 3-D design data does not exist, we can create that for you from design drawings, sketches or samples.
